Exploring Pinot Noir: A Spring Wine Dinner at The Butcher

Join us at The Butcher as we explore Pinot Noir from around the world and the glory of this magnificent grape, each one beautifully paired with a custom dish from Executive Chef Alfio Gulisano!

Date and Time: Wednesday May 15th @ 7:00 PM.
The Backroom opens up at 7:00pm for an intro wine and empanada. Dinner will start promptly at 7:30.

Pinot Noir is one of the most popular varietals of wine around the world, which is why nearly every wine region that can grow Pinot Noir, does so.

A delicate, thin skinned grape, it is quite amazing how versatile Pinot Noir can be both in flavor and in food paring!
From the fruit forward Pinot Noirs of California, Argentina, and New Zealand, to the light, earthy, sophistication of Oregon, Burgundy, and Austria, there is a Pinot Noir wine for every wine drinker.
